Terms of service

JamCoach is a tool for running one-on-ones and recording coaching feedback. It is not legal or HR advice. Your company is responsible for what its leaders write and for employment decisions it makes. These terms will be finalized before sign-up opens.

Who provides JamCoach?

Sanford Labs LLC, a single-member Michigan limited liability company ("we"). Questions about these terms go through the contact form.

Is JamCoach legal or HR advice?

No. JamCoach records the feedback, goals and coaching alerts your people enter. Coaching alerts and any decisions that follow them are your company's responsibility.

What are my responsibilities?

  • Keep your password and API keys private, and revoke a key you no longer trust.
  • Use JamCoach only for organizations you are authorized to act for.

Billing

JamCoach will be free for up to 5 users and paid beyond that, billed month to month. Billing and cancellation terms will be added here before sign-up opens.

Which law applies?

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute is heard in the state or federal courts located in Michigan.
